A perfect treat for the weekend breakfast or as a quick snack on a hot Summer day.

Ingredients
This is how you do it
  1. Boil, peel and slice the eggs.
  2. Finely chop the red onion and chives.
  3. Mix the mayonnaise and sour cream. Add half of the red onion and chives.
  4. Spread the mayonnaise blend on FINN CRISP Hi-Fibre crispbread. Place the sliced eggs on the crispbreads and add the rest of the red onion and chives as garnish.
  5. Time to enjoy!
