Deluxe Egg Sandwich
A perfect treat for the weekend breakfast or as a quick snack on a hot Summer day.
- 4 eggs
- 1dl mayonnaise
- ½ dl sour cream
- ¼ red onion
- 1 tbsp chives
- 8 FINN CRISP Hi-Fibre Crispbreads
- Boil, peel and slice the eggs.
- Finely chop the red onion and chives.
- Mix the mayonnaise and sour cream. Add half of the red onion and chives.
- Spread the mayonnaise blend on FINN CRISP Hi-Fibre crispbread. Place the sliced eggs on the crispbreads and add the rest of the red onion and chives as garnish.
