FINN CRISP Coriander with Cucumber, Honey and Sour Cream

8 slices FINN CRISP Coriander thin crisps
1 Russian pickled cucumber
1 tbsp honey (liquid)
1/2 dl sour cream
fresh parsley, black pepper

Cut FINN CRISP thins into three pieces with a sharp knife or cut them with round molds. Cube pickled cucumbers and mix with honey, let be for a moment. Whip sour cream. Spread cucumber mix on FINN CRISPs and extrude sour cream on the top. Garnish with parsley and black pepper
