Rolls with Cucumber and Cheese

8 slices FINN CRISP thin crisps
5 dl bouillon
24 thin slices of cucumber
8 slices of buttery cheese

Dip FINN CRISP slices briefly in the bouillon, then let stand on a plate for 10-15 minutes. Cut gherkins into thin slices. Place the halved cheese slices on the FINN CRISP slices, roll them up and pin with toothpicks. Garnish as desired with gherkins.
