Goat cheese and avocado nibble
Quickly made fingerfood that will be a hit on your next dinner party or Sunday breakfast.
Ingredients
- ½ Avocado
- 20g Mâche
- 10 tsp Pesto
- 100g Goat cheese
- ½ Marinated red onion
- 1-2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 10 Slices FINN CRISP Coriander
This is how you do it
- Peel and dice avocado.
- Spread goat cheese on FINN CRISP Original and add the diced avocado and top it off with some pesto, mâche, marinated red onion and sesame seeds.
