Snack platter with pesto and pine nuts

This snack platter will fit perfectly as an appitizer, a party snack, on the buffet table or as a evening snack.

Ingredients
  • 1 bag FINN CRISP Snacks
  • 1 pack Crèmefraiche or Smetana
  • Green pesto (see recipe below)
  • 1 pack roasted pine nuts
  • 1 pot of fresh basil
  • Chili flakes
  • Sea salt

Recept Pesto:

  • 1 pot of fresh basil
  • 2 tablespoons pine nuts
  • 1 sliced ​​garlic cloves
  • 1 dl grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 dl olive oil
  • Salt and feshly ground black pepper
This is how you do it
  1. Blend all the ingredients for the green pesto with a blender, until smooth consistency. Add salt and pepper after taste.
  2. Roast the pine nuts in a frying pan on medium heat.
  3. Put a bag of FINN CRISP Snacks on a large platter. Top with:

- Crèmefraiche or Smetana

- Pesto

- Roasted pine nuts

- Fresh basil leaves

- Chili flakes

- Sea salt

Ps. If you would like to make the snack platter even fuller, add some mozzarella or pieces of Parmesan on the top.
