Hummus appetizer

Easily made hummus that can be used as a crispbread topping or as a dip for snacks.

  • 1 pck FINN CRISP Original Thins
  • 285g chick peas (pre-boiled)
  • 3 tbsp tahini (sesame seed paste)
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 4 tbsp of lemon juice
  • Cumin
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1,5dl of water
  • Roasted pine nuts
  • Olive oil
  • Leaf parsley
  • Lemon peel
This is how you do it


  1. Put the pre-boiled chick peas, tahini, garlic cloves, lemon juice, salt, pepper, cumin and water in a food processor and blend to make the hummus.
  2. Spread hummus on a FINN CRISP Garlic and topp with pine nuts, parsley and lemon peel.
  3. Take a bite. Yum!
