Hummus appetizer
Easily made hummus that can be used as a crispbread topping or as a dip for snacks.
Ingredients
- 1 pck FINN CRISP Original Thins
- 285g chick peas (pre-boiled)
- 3 tbsp tahini (sesame seed paste)
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 4 tbsp of lemon juice
- Cumin
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1,5dl of water
- Roasted pine nuts
- Olive oil
- Leaf parsley
- Lemon peel
This is how you do it
Instructions
- Put the pre-boiled chick peas, tahini, garlic cloves, lemon juice, salt, pepper, cumin and water in a food processor and blend to make the hummus.
- Spread hummus on a FINN CRISP Garlic and topp with pine nuts, parsley and lemon peel.
- Take a bite. Yum!
