Shrimp-salad with chili sauce

The classic, creamy shrimp-salad works just as well on a crispbread as on a hot dog.

  • 150g peeled shrimp
  • 1.5dl Mayonnaise
  • ½ dl whipped cream
  • 2 shallots
  • 1 tsp tomato pure
  • ½ tsp chili sauce
  • Salt
  • White pepper
  • 8 slices FINN CRISP Hi-Fibre Crispbread
This is how you do it
  1. Whip the cream until quite firm. Chop half of the shrimps roughly and the shallots finely.
  2. Blend the mayonnaise, whipped cream, shrimp and shallots.
  3. Add the rest of the ingredients.
  4. Spread on FINN CRISP Hi-Fibre Crispbread
